University Mustapha STAMBOULI Mascara is composed of a rector, of decision and educational bodies, faculties and departments. it includes administration and common techniques.
The board studies and proposes all measures likely to improve the functioning of the university and promote the attainment of its objectives. The Scientific Advisory Board provides guidance for research policies and scientific and technical documentation of the university and gives its opinion on other matters of educational and scientific nature referred to it by its Chairman.
The evolution of scientific research within the University of Mustapha STAMBOULI - Mascara is in constant progression, currently represented by 16 research laboratories, approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
