The Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi), named as Human Resource Management Professional, HRMP before 2016, is designed for senior-level HR professionals who are involved in strategy and policymaking activities. The SPHRi exam focuses on the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management, regardless of geographic region. The SPHRi is similar to the Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), but without the focus on US employment laws. A typical SPHRi candidate will have four-to-seven years of progressive experience, and has experience creating HR programs.
