Master of Clinical Audiology
Communication is a vital aspect of what it means to be human, and hearing is critical to communicating effectively. Audiologists experts in the non-medical management of hearing disorders play a key role in assisting those with hearing impairments to successfully engage with society.
This course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and training you'll need to practice as a qualified clinical audiologist. It will develop your skills in assessment strategies, rehabilitation and habilitation of the hearing impaired, as well as provide you with training in research design.
Part of what makes Macquarie future focused is that we allow you the freedom to explore your interests across a range of areas, rather than lock you in to a single, narrow field. So follow your passions and tailor your course to your needs and interests.
Units are what we call subjects. Most full-time students take four units – each worth a fixed number of credit points – per session.
Most postgraduate courses require a successfully completed Australian bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised institution and may also require a specific grade point average (GPA). Our admissions team will determine whether your qualification meets the requirements.
