The courses will give an overview of International Warehousing Management and provide delegates with an advanced understanding required for them to operate and lead a warehouse operation handling international trade. Through a mixture of presentation, discussion and debate and highly practical exercises, delegates will have the opportunity to explore and enhance their understanding of latest trends and techniques, and measure them against their own operations. Whilst there will be a focus upon looking for opportunities for cost reduction, driving innovation and ensuring the needs and wants of internal and external customers, attention will also be given to the needs of supply chains as a whole, including complex contractual and relationship management issues.

This course beneficial for staff members working in the procurement environment, who are new to negotiations and would like to be well-prepared before embarking into this field. Staff, who are already conducting negotiations but have never had any formal negotiation training, will also find this course educating.
