Senior Leadership Qualification Program

The Ministry of Environment and Water has signed a partnership agreement with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) that mandates MBRSG with designing and implementing a senior leadership qualification program for the Ministry’s top management. The synergy is in line with the Ministry’s efforts to build the capacity of its UAE national cadres and enhance their leadership capabilities. The new partnership will also enable the Ministry’s senior management to achieve strategic goals and deliver services with the highest levels of competency, transparency and excellence.

Program Objectives

The main objectives of this program are the planning and implementation of an integrated program to prepare leaders including senior management in the Ministry of Environment & Water and ensure their continued success through strengthening their leadership and management skills.
