This course will give you the understanding of emotional intelligence in your workplace & in your day to day life.

An individual with high emotional intelligence can manage his or her own impulses, communicate with others effectively, adapt to change, solve problems, and use humor to build rapport in tense situations. These employees are empathetic, optimistic and skilled at persuading in a sales situation and resolving customer complaints in a customer service role.
