
Half n’ Half Yoga: For Balance & Agility

Yoga is all about balancing the two sides in you – your body and mind! And this Half ‘n Half yoga class is focused on improving your coordination, agility and overall energy, helping you to restore yourself to a better state both mentally and physically.
This group yoga class is based on the Hatha Yoga style. It is perfect for those who are already practicing yoga on a daily basis as well as beginners. Experienced participants will be doing full inversions and backward bends as part of the poses they will practice. However, the sessions can also be modified to focus on easier poses for interested beginner yogis.
The sessions flow into the practice of Root Chakra (Muladhara), which is the center of stability, security, and basic needs. It is believed that when the Root chakra is open, you feel safe and fearless. The goal of the sessions is to achieve awareness, strength and inner stability through this special meditation focus.
