Yoga Focus
This class is designed to effectively build your strength while improving the vitality of both your body and mind. The 1-hour intensive yoga session will target key body parts: your arms, chest, legs, abdominal area, back, and buttocks. You will be working on an endurance flow with an intensity that increases gradually to help you get rid of stubborn body fat. This will improve your posture and core strength to enhance your inner and outer confidence.
Meditation Focus
After the challenging session, you will flow into meditative Pranayama and Shavasana to activate the Sacral Chakra, believed to be the sexual and creativity center. Both beginnersand experienced yogis are welcome to attend the sessions. You can book the class as many times as you want until your objective is reached!
