Carleton University has been a transformative experience for my daughter; the dedicated faculty genuinely care, and I've watched her confidence and skills soar!

The staff, teachers and facilities there are world class. The under-ground tunnels make it easy to travel from location to location, especially in the winter and when it's raining. I've never had a problem finding parking there and the buses are usually there on time.

The system of registration is terrible!! Its not user friends and not visually explanatory. Its really hard for people how are using services first time to understand the system.

Took one class here as a transfer credit for UOttawa. Loved the staff and everyone was really helpful. Nice campus and my professor was quite good and passionate about what he taught. Their anthropology department was quite good to me and helpful in terms of setting me up with a class I needed to graduate. Less one star because I’ve had my final grades for UOttawa for weeks now and I’m just waiting on Carleton.

Great school, and great programs but this message is directed to the admissions office at Carleton U. The encounter I had today with one of the admissions assistants by the name of “Nana Frimpong” was truly disturbing and ultimately has me on the fence with accepting my offer of admission from CU. The rep was extremely rude!! I had questions about my application, and deferring the acceptance offer, this led to a spew of hostility coming from said admissions assistant. CU please do better, ensure all staff is properly trained when it comes to phone etiquette!!

I just love it here at Carleton! Everything about it: from my professors and fellow students to a remarkable teaching and learning experience; from the scenic campus environment and the weather-friendly tunnel to the numerous green areas you can hang out and relax during spring and summer days. The bus and train services in and out of the campus are really good and super convenient, some running past midnight. There's a lot more but I don't want to make this too long.'

To be honest, I would transfer from this university if I had the chance. The professors and the faculty staff have been extremely rude and insensitive and will use anything to their advantage to give you the lowest grade possible and the worst thing about it is that they don't even have to give a reason as to why your mark was low. This is a horrible university.

A great school! There are lots of underground tunnels that connects the buildings so it's easy to get around. They have lots of seating areas so there lots of places to sit and study. There are a lot of parking lots on campus which is awesome! It's great for those who take public transport as it's right by the O-train.

Over the last five years, Carleton University's School of Journalism has offered me countless opportunities for personal and professional advancement. Thanks to Carleton, as well as its dedicated faculty and staff, I feel prepared for a career in the Canadian media.

The staff and faculty are great, but the university is unfortunately run by a group over-paid senior administrative staff who seem more concerned with themselves, politics, and decisions that work against students.
