Eskil's 'Team Cohesiveness' workshop is a 2-day experience focusing on your leadership and / or management team strategy (including distributed leadership), team organisation & development, and positive.
This is a highly interactive experience where the focus is very much on the the concept of 'team' - how you think, feel and interact.
You will map out your team cohesiveness pathway including an action plan, an understanding of what the team DNA will look like, and the ability to access Eskil's expertise in such tools as Emotional Intelligence and talking therapies.
