The Project Management Institute (PMI) defines Project Management by first explaining what a project is, i.e. a temporary group activity designed to produce a unique product, service or result. What's in the Bundle?

This bundle contains 13 separate courses; the first 9 of which are skills based only, but do offer a certificate of completion upon passing the assessments within the course. Courses 1-2 from the list are aimed at individuals with no experience in project management whatsoever. Courses 3-9 are aimed at mid-level individuals, but can be done by anyone looking to enhance their project management skills and help prepare them for the certification courses. Courses 10-13 lead to a fully accredited certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Individuals with no experience in project management are eligible to sit the CAPM exam and get certified (course no. 10 on the list). Courses 11-13 are aimed specifically at experienced Project Managers only.

Are there exams and how much do they cost?

After completing your chosen certification course from the bundle, you have the option to get certified. In order to do this, you must fist obtain sit an official exam. Before doing this however, you must have registered for your examination with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received your Authorization to Test (ATT) letter prior to scheduling your testing appointment at a Prometric Testing Center.
