Its been a year i am studying here, i loved this place. The staff is so friendly. Specially my teacher Ash the best teacher i ever had in my life. I am not saying this because i am his student, its because he got knowledge of everything whatever you need to know just ask him and he will give you the answer. Not only the staff is so brilliant even though the students are so friendly and co-operative. I must say it is the best educational centre in the whole area! Thank you ALTEC for providing me more than i ever needed!

Really disappointed with their service especially Chinese lady there !! They are only want your money! Please be careful before apply this school after they took your money they will not care what will happen with you. And even you got heaps of reason they will not allow you to withdraw the courses.

***WARNING***Do not go here international students. The teachers are always changing, the class times are always changing. If you need help and the teacher is not available they threaten to cancel your visa due to their own incompetence of managing teachers and the organization. They cannot cancel your visa only immigration can. They also make mistakes with school fees and try to make you pay twice and if you argue they threaten to cancel your visa. Again they cannot do this. We showed proof we paid and they apologised. You have rights in Aus as an international student. Refer to the ESOS act.Complaint resolution with the school generally ends in how it effects your visa, the school have a duty of care to help you not threaten you.

Learning it's always up to you, they just provide you the tools if you're Interested in growing up as a professional. Personally speaking I had the chance to share my time with a skilled teacher (Ash) always willing to help and guide me through whenever I needed.

I have enrolled in a ICT course. Ashutosh, the trainer, is excellent for his knowledge and teaching skills, and he is responding to me every time when I asked questions. I really learn something useful to support my career. The classrooms are nice, while the printing service is very poor and expensive. It would be better if an online learning system is provided for working people like me who need a flexible study plan.
