This School is an absolute breath of fresh air, it was like dealing with a family, so friendly and welcoming, I was extremely lucky to have Vicky as my teacher, she is fabulous, she helped make study a breeze, she was very welcoming and helpful and always made time for me, she honestly felt more like a friend than a teacher, I could not have done it without her, thank you so much. I really appreciate how ITHEA facilitated the orientation of their students. They really took time to go through the nitty-gritty part to help their students settle down before the class commences. From the step by step guidance of the school curriculum/system up to finding a job related to the course your currently studying. The warm and positive vibe of ITHEA Director, registrar , faculty/trainers/teachers and amiable receptionist will make you look forward to do well and enjoy the course study.

I completed the Certificate III in EAR course in 2008 and will continue to study advanced course this year. The textbook in Institute is very practical and especially counter staff Penny who provides a lot of assistance. It's a friendly and professional environment for learning. I highly recommend ITHEA Institute.

For being a mature age student i was made to feel comfortable straight away. The teaching is very relaxed and the environment really makes it perfect for all learning types. i would really recommend Ithea to anyone who i know that are wanting to further there studies.

I am currently completing my Diploma in Community Services at ITHEA. Overall, the course is very interesting and the trainers use a good range of resources and material to facilitate our learning. They are also supportive and provide timely and constructive feedback on our assessments. We have a chance to complete First Aid training too, Katrina is great at delivering it.

I arrived in Australia in 2014 and I decided to study Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I first encountered the positive attitude from the Director of the Institute and that also played a great deal of impact on my deciding to attend there. He was always supportive and encouraged every student creating a positive environment for us all. Whenever I had worries or troubles I could turn to him or any other teacher or Administration officer.
I studied in ITHEA for two years and I have learnt a great deal of things from my teacher who taught me and gave me strength, showed me how to be passionate and use my capabilities in this work area.
I will definitely suggest ITHEA Institute to other people who want to get a great start to their career.
