Raffles College Pty Ltd (trading as Raffles College of Design and Commerce) is a unique education provider based in Parramatta, Australia, specialising in design and arts (visual communication). We deliver premium vocational and higher education programs from Certificates through to Bachelor Degrees.

We've been around for 25 years! Keeping pace with industry, we deliver excellent courses and produce graduates who are well respected and successful in their careers. We do this by having lecturers who are active in industry, so their teaching constantly benefits from a real-time knowledge of what's going on out there.

In 2005 the college joined the Raffles Education Corporation, Asia Pacific's premier creative design and business education provider with a network of 30 colleges in 28 cities across 14 countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the US: Australia, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and Thailand. RCDC aspires to become eligible for self-accrediting authority, a University College, and finally an Australian University.

RCDC will deliver its programs through its own campus in Australia, and internationally in partnership with Raffles Education Corporation (REC). Offering RCDC programs into the REC network internationalises RCDC and provides our students and staff with a unique opportunity to live and work in a number of international environments and in the process gain a competitive edge in the global community.
