Isra University

Isra University is chartered by the Government of Sindh, and is rated as one of the best private sector Universities of Pakistan. It is the first recognized University in the city of Hyderabad established in 1997. In its short history of eighteen years, the University has grown from 30 students in the Fall Semester 1997 to more than 3500 students, at the present time. The University, currently offers more than 40 degree programs ranging from bachelor’s to PhD levels, in a wide variety of fields of study such as computer, information and communication technology, engineering, business administration/management sciences as well as medical, nursing, dental sciences and rehabilitation sciences. All our programs of study are recognized by the concerned regulatory authorities.

It maintains harmony, discipline and strictly follows the academic calendar. The university is owned by Isra Islamic Foundation, a non-profit organization, certified by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP). The University is recognized and highly ranked by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

The campus is located 5 km away from the city centre, in the backdrop of agricultural land, on the national highway locally known as Hala Road. It is approachable by the fast moving Hyderabad by-pass, which is only 2 kilometers to the north of the Campus. Frequent public transport, operating along Hala Road, provides regular access to the Campus from the city centre, as well as nearby settlements on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The easily accessible and beautiful campuses provide services that create an academic environment of learning and intellectual growth.
