Ideally, CKSC education helps shape the student's potential to the fullest as a human being by tapping his/her innate talent and by inculcating love of country and respect for rules and order, without ignoring the enriching value of internationalism. To carry out these goals, CKSC challenges the members of its academic community to lead their lives along four Confucian virtues 禮 (li) - propriety, 義 (yi) - righteousness, 廉 (lian) - incorruptibility, and 恥 (chi) - honor.Concomitant to attaining these values are the cultivation and sustenance of one's 德 (de) - morality, 智 (zhi) - wisdom, and 體 (ti) - physical well being, so as to foster 群 (qun) - unity. Ultimately, such desiderata help create in the CKSC students/graduates sense of reaching out for 美 (mei) beauty.

CKSC further believes that

  • True education aims at the formation of a person whose ultimate end is to be of service to the society to which he/she belongs.
  • Young people must be helped to develop harmoniously their physical, moral, and intellectual endowments so that they may gradually acquire a mature sense of responsibility in striving endlessly to form their own lives properly and in pursuing true freedom as they surmount the vicissitudes of life with courage and constancy.
  • All educational institutions shall inculcate patriotism and nationalism, foster love of humanity, respect for human rights, appreciation for the role of national heroes in the historical development of the country, teach the rights and duties of citizenship, strengthen ethical and spiritual values, develop moral character.
  • Personal discipline, encourage critical and creative thinking, broaden scientific and technological knowledge, and promote vocational efficiency (Philippine Constitution).
  • Its students should be for the manifold demands of social, scientific, and technological efficiency needed in the field of business, arts, and sciences, and should temper this training with the inculcation of genuine love for work and the virtues of a value-based individual.

Chiang Kai Shek College is the first institution of higher learning in the Philippines founded by overseas Chinese-Filipinos. It offers education in all levels from preschool to graduate school. In June 1939, Chiang Kai Shek High School was founded by prominent and hardworking Chinese in Manila like Mr. Wong Chun Seng and Mr. Yu Khe Thai. It was named after Generalissimo Chiang Kai Shek to inspire young Filipino-Chinese to emulate the great personality and spirit of the late President. It initially offered a six-year program in Chinese and a four-year program in English.Three years later, the school bore the brunt of World War II– it was heavily damaged and fourteen teachers and students were killed for participating in underground activities. The school reopened in December 1945. Under Principal Wong together with the support of the Chinese community, moved to its new site in August 1948.

In June 1999, the collegiate department moved to the new building at Narra Street. In November 2000, the Preschool and Kindergarten Department started offering the Montessori Class, and in June 2009 it opened the Day Care Center to provide respite for working parents. With the implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum by the Department of Education under President Benigno Aquino, the Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Dory Poa as Consultant of the Board for Curriculum Development and Chairman of the Special Task Force on K+12. In June 2013, Dr. Bee Ching Ong Kian Koc retired and Dr. Dory Poa was appointed as the new College President.

We develop children holistically (physically, cognitively and socio-emotionally) through an integrated curriculum and meaningful, relevant and interesting experiences. We balance child-centered and teacher-guided activities to create the best learning atmosphere for the child. Our whole learning environment from the teachers, staff, and facilities are supportive and responsive to the child's needs, taking into consideration the children's age, interests, and socio-cultural background.

The Master in Business Administration (MBA} program of the CKS College aims to provide post-bachelor students with a formal professional education that equips them to assume the responsibility to manage a business or non-business entity. You know this school is forcing kids to buy things for science or math or any project. Why dint they just provide them instead? What if a child is broke doesn't have enough money and when he brings nothing he will be blamed for not bringing!

I think it's good that the salary of the teacher is low ... they don't even teach they only tell their stories and other stuffs ... what's the use of the projector if they only copy what's in the book and the teachers there are soo ... annoying what i've heard from my child ... they keep on buzzing false news and everyone will look down on the kid , please teach the teachers to have a decent manner and please tell the teachers lower their pride and understood what students are thinking ... not every student what the teachers want are there , there are many kinds of student please tell the teachers that they need to understand the student before scolding them and spreading false news to the other teachers in the faculty

However, there are certain glaring incompetencies happening in its administration. One of which is the unavailability of the new uniforms. One would think that the admin should have anticipated the demand and chose an appropriate supplier that would promptly provide the new uniforms. Come on! There are only a few days left until classes start. My son has been waiting for his for an entire month. Moreover, there is a pervading silence being perpetuated by the admin, no official announcements, no release of guidelines or anything! As if an issue like this wasn't even happening! Its time for the admin to own up to its mistakes, someone should be held accountable. I hope something like this doesn't happen again. #justiceforuniforms

our classroom is not like the other ones that has those painted floors, walls, and the ceiling is really different from ours. It's hard to keep it clean because on how broke down this classroom looks but still loved what you guys did this year and I know it's gonna cause you a lot but please try to add Wi-Fi to each section so that when we're gonna do another performance like dancing, singing or something else we can just search it.
