Wellness is a non-academic program established in Summer 2005 aimed to enhance the cultural heritage of Filipinos this side of the archipelago; namely: music an dance. Inspired by Howard Gardener’s Multiple Intelligences theory which recognizes individuals with non-traditional talents and abilities, the Program seeks to enhance such non-traditional gifts and abilities of students. This program complements the curricular offerings of the University in its goal towards the holistic development of the students. It aims further to enhance the students’ personality and self-confidence by helping them to discover and improve their artistic talents. It also facilitates the formation of the Paulinian identity through activities that enhance both their personality and character in accord with the Paulinian core values. It also provides the alternative P.E. requirements for students who may be unable to take the regular P.E. course for medical reasons.

The BSBA program is a four-year course which enjoys a long-standing reputation for providing excellent graduates who assist the economic growth of the place they work locally and internationally as entrepreneurs and business leaders.The accounting profession is dynamic, intellectually rewarding, and potentially lucrative. It is a degree that opens the door to professions in accounting and finance and serves as the basis for advance study in law, information systems, or other business disciplines.The College of Arts and Sciences aspires to be nationally recognized for its exemplary and innovative educational experiences across the humanities, the sciences, and the arts. The Bachelor of Arts Major in English and Theater Arts is a four year program designed to form Paulinian men and women who can significantly contribute to the growth and development of theater arts, teaching and learning English as a second language in the Philippines and in other parts of the world. The Bachelor of Science in Biology Program aims to graduate Paulinian men and women of high integrity with excellent knowledge and skills that will enable them to lovingly serve God and their fellowmen in the practice of their profession. The Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication Program aims to graduate Filipino Paulinian men and women with sufficient knowledge and skills that will enable them to practice their profession as committed Christian communicators competently and effectively. The Bachelor of Science major in Psychology is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in the discipline of Psychology, from the theoretical approaches to the scientific basis of psychology. The primary focus of the degree is to provide the foundation for a practitioner-oriented career in a helping profession and who desire to maintain broad career flexibility. Graduates holding this degree may choose a career in many fields including human services, human resource development, sales, law enforcement, opinion research, child care, and counseling which requires a scientific background.

The BSHRM program aims to provide future Paulinian Hotelier and Restauranteur to become globally competitive. Equipped with knowledge and skills, a mature Christian immersed with gospel values and generous to share the good news and enterprise of their fellow men. A four-year course that aims to develop managers and qualified personnel for the tourism industry, focusing particularly on the travel management.The program is designed to address the burgeoning travel industry in tourism and to support the country’s economic development.A special feature of the program is its domestic and international Practicum where the students are required to undergo 400 hours of Internship in their senior year in any of the airline, travel companies and allied fields of their choice.Bachelor of science in nursing – music/arts therapy track is a 9-semester program centered on a 2-fold concentration: (1) the formation of a professional nurse towards a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree; and (2), the acquisition of music and art competencies as a nursing intervention utilized in the healing profession.The formal use of art and musical skills, knowledge, and attitudes, especially voice, piano, and guitar, as an alternative Nursing intervention shall be part of the competencies to be developed in the students who are already inclined to these talents. These competencies will provide the graduates with an edge over her Asian colleagues as the preferred professional nurse in local, national and global communities.At the end of the four and a half years, the student then becomes qualified to take the Nursing Licensure Examinations given by the Professional Regulation Commission and receives a special certificate for the acquisition of Music and Art skills in Nursing Care.
