For nearly 140 years Middlesex University London and its predecessor institutions have been home to innovators and change-makers. We are a progressive London university that puts our students first and provides expert teaching informed by inspiring research and practice.

We boast one of the most diverse, multinational and multicultural communities of students and staff of any university in the UK, with almost 19,400 students and 1,900 staff from 140 different countries based at our modern north London campus in Hendon alone. Middlesex University London generates more than £280 million a year for the Barnet economy, supporting some 3,800 local jobs.
We work with employers to make sure that what our students learn is what employers need, and we strive to transform the lives of our students so that they have an excellent experience while they are with us, and a solid foundation for inspiring careers when they leave us.

Middlesex's flagship London campus combines modern facilities and expert teaching with the advantage of studying in one of the most diverse and exciting cities on earth. In recent years we have invested more than £200 million to transform our London campus into a state-of-the-art centre for excellence, with facilities and equipment that rival those of the world's top universities.

That investment included a new purpose-built centre for art, design, media and performing arts students, as well as dedicated labs and studios for those studying science, technology and health courses. Our most recent addition, the Ritterman Building, is an award-winning, environmentally-friendly development packed with the latest equipment and teaching facilities.

Whatever you study at Middlesex London, you will have access to the best possible tools to help you achieve success in your field. Middlesex London is also a beautiful place to study. At its heart is the historic College building, centredaround an expansive courtyard where students and staff can meet in a relaxed atmosphere. There are also many other open areas where you can socialise in exhibition spaces, cafes and parks.

A short journey on the Northern line will take you into central London, where you can enjoy all the historical, cultural and social experiences unique to our great city.

Going to this university is one of the worst decisions I ever made. I remember when someone recommended Middlesex to me in 2014, I couldn't wait to go there. Unfortunately,I had a terrible experience and didn't really feel like the tutors were there to help. I was really unhappy with how I was treated as a student. I'd advise existing and potential applicants to think twice (do your research, read reviews from other students who did your degree etc).

My experience at Middlesex University was great. Lecturers were very supportive and deliver course modules to very high standards .

This was an absolutely terrible university. The teachers don't even help you. I remember when one of the tutors had mislead me on a piece of work and the module leader did not even want to listen to me. It is by far the worst experience in my entire life. The teachers don't care about helping the students. Never go here. It an absolute waste of money time and effort. It's a scam university

Did my Foundation degree here. I really enjoyed it. Library and campus were amazing, free printing and loads of support was given. Most of the lectures were interesting and helpful. Really enjoyed my year here.

I am currently studying a primary ed degree. The university itself is amazing, has all the facilities anyone would require and often has events going on for people to just come and walk around and see whats going on. Their are always parties on at night for the partygoers and theres great teachers, ofcourse you have the good ones and the bad ones but if you stay focused and know how to use the facilities around you then its great. Lovely new building. Good food, subway could be improved but theres almost every cuisine at a walking distance. Large Shopping centre is 2 bus stops away. Im liking it so far. Will update in 2 years!

Lovely uni! I really think I made the right choice! I’m studying fashion and even tho it’s not a uni based only on fashion or arts in general I personally think it’s great! I don’t want to be somewhere where everybody is studying the same thing. Otherwise it’s just great! The uni is super big, many buildings, great campus, very modern, loads of facilities such as microwaves around the campus, costa and starbucks, printing is free for the students, computers everywhere, huge library. The teachers I met so far were great! Come at Middlesex, u’ll love it!

A very nice university ,the teachers very friendly and communicate.I get my Bachelor from Middlesex University .The only negative thing is that the students in Sheppard Library in the silence at 3rd floor they don't respect nobody , all the time talking .make noise . However, printing is free for students.A lot of books and computers. Also, not response with the university expensive area and poor. University facilities are good. The stuff are very communicate and helpful.
