We have invested over £60 million in the last few years updating and improving our classrooms, specialist facilities and social spaces, so you can study in a top-class environment. We have well-equipped classrooms with the latest technology and specialist spaces including workshops, garages, studios, media rooms, salons, kitchens, IT suites, labs and more.

Uxbridge College, who merged with Harrow College on 1 August 2017 to become HCUC, is one of the most successful colleges in London with consistently high success rates. To view our most recent performance tables, please click here:

Our students are at the heart of what we do and our priority is to prepare them for a fantastic future so they can achieve their full potential. As a well-established and solid college with consistent results, our diverse students thrive with the support and facilities we offer. They go on to great things, getting good jobs and going on to university or further study. This year 832 students from our A Level and vocational career-focused study programmes progressed to university. Many went to their first-choice institution plus there were a number of students with high tariff points who won places at Russell Group universities.

We are the only west London college to offer a full A Level programme with 14 subject choices on offer and a large number of combinations available. New figures released by the government, confirm we are the best college in London for 'Value Added', as well as being one of the best colleges in the UK. These figures, by the Department for Education (DfE), mean that 16-18 year old students studying their A Levels at Uxbridge College are making better progress than at any other Sixth Form College in Hillingdon or Further Education College in London.

Students studying A Levels in our sixth form centre are taught by a highly qualified team, many with masters or research degrees, plus a wealth of industry experience. We also provide additional support for students planning to apply to Oxford, and Cambridge and those hoping to study medicine or veterinary science.

This year’s results were strong with many students achieving high grades and offers at prestigious institutions. Click here to read more.

Our vocational courses are planned with employment in mind and we help our students to become work-ready through high-quality work experience placements. We have links with local and national employers which enhances the curriculum with employer-branded assignments, live briefs, on-site visits, workshops and guest speakers from industry.

Students study their main qualification alongside English and maths (at the appropriate level), employability skills and topics to encourage their academic and personal development. Students progress onto higher level courses, go on to university and into jobs after studying with us.

As the largest College provider of apprenticeships in west London, we have over 600 apprentices and we offer apprenticeships in 20 industry sectors at levels 2-4. In 2016/17 our achievement rate was 79%, which is 10% higher than the national average of 69% and the majority of our apprentices secure employment after completing their apprenticeship.

We actively work with over 400 national, regional and local employers including levy and non-levy paying businesses and have great links with range of companies including British Airways, Menzies Aviation, Acer, Hale Hamilton (Valves) Ltd, Royal Opera House, Ultra Electronics and Balfour Beatty.

We deliver high-quality HNC and HND courses which build on existing knowledge and skills, so students can gain a qualification after one or two years of study, which can be topped up for a degree. Our higher education courses were successfully reviewed in March 2017 by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, who safeguard standards and improve the quality of higher education in the UK. The review had confidence that our academic standards are reliable and meet UK requirements.

At Uxbridge College students are at the heart of what we do - we create opportunities, we create success and we create futures. We provide the skills you need to study higher education at college or at university. Last year 833 students went to university – click here to find out what universities our students progressed.

Uxbridge College extends a warm welcome to everyone, regardless of background or starting point. We are fully committed to promoting, maintaining and supporting equality of opportunity in all aspects of our work.

We aim to create an environment where all individuals, irrespective of gender, personal status, ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability or age have the opportunity to achieve their full potential, and gain a feeling of self-esteem and respect for and from all others. The College does not tolerate inequality and discrimination and we welcome opportunities to understand and celebrate the diversity of our staff and students.

Uxbridge College in Middlesex has been a transformative experience for my son; the dedicated staff not only inspires learning but has also helped him blossom beyond his expectations.

I have only gone through 1 year of the Graphic Design course, the course itself is good and I have gained skills from working on Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. However, my tutor is a traditionalist and he offers ideas that are old fashioned and from the 80s. If you choose Graphic Design as your course, get ready for old fashioned idealisms and what not to do, but always go with your ideas and have fun on the course!

Excellent College. I was always told it is a bad college and when I even told people I went to uxbridge college they were shocked and told me why such a bad college. Having done my GCSE and A Levels at Uxbridge College really taught me everything I needed to get to Uni. Best teachers I have ever had with out their help and motivation I would not be at Uni now. The College it self made me feel safe and it had a really good environment. Student Support always there to help whenever I needed it. anyone thinking to go to Uxbridge College I would 110% recommend it.

The college is, for the most part, clean, staff are all rather friendly and many of the courses are taught to a good standard. If you are ever stuck with anything, the student support team and majority of the tutors I have had contact with have been extremely helpful. However, as with any college, it isn't without its flaws. Whilst the latest refurbishment has left the majority of the college with great facilities and classrooms, there is still a portion of the college that is in dire need of renovation. Whilst there are also a great deal of amazing students I have met whilst being here, there are likewise many rotten eggs. For every amazing tutor, there is another that is just unhelpful. Overall the college isn't bad, whilst it may not win any best college awards or anything like that, but it definatley isnt the worst, its clean, got good study facilities and good enough staff that are usually happy to help you catch up whenever you fall behind.

The college and teachers are very unique in any aspect of learning. My teacher was so good that she supported me all through out the duration of my course and even after my course, I am still counting on her for some support in form of advice, when I am in doubt of some challenges at work. I will recommend friends and family to try Uxbridge college.

Studied there from 2010-2012 to do technical theatre. Awful! Had one teacher who was useless who hardly knew anything. Out of date equipment. Hardly learned a lot for a level 3 course and most of the time messed about because the teachers had no lessons plans (or didn't turn up) I could go on and on.
