Warrington & Vale Royal College, based in the north of Cheshire, is the largest learning provider in Warrington, offering a wide variety of courses to a diverse range of learners.

The Governance of Warrington & Vale Royal College is carried out by a Corporation or Governing Body which is comprised of 20 Members drawn from Industry and Commerce, the Community and staff and student representation. The Principal of the College is also a Member of the Corporation which carries out its work assisted by 5 Committees which are Search and Governance; Finance, Human Resources and Estates; Standards and Curriculum; Audit; and Senior Staff Salaries.
