Every program is different - but my experience with the Mechatronics and Robotics diploma was hands down my best exoienece in Education. Fantastic faculty and applicable hands on experience.

Lovely Campus. Be ready to have no social life. Students do find jobs very easily after graduating. Professors are really committed to make the student experience better.

I received my degree at BCIT and I am proud to have survived it! This is a great school that is very focused on teaching and practical learning. It is extremely intense, and it was fantastic preparation for my career.

Thank you BCIT. Excellent instructors in ECET automation and instrumentation program. I've learned a lot, I've gained a lot, I've experienced a lot.

My spouse is currently attending BCIT in accounting. She is disappointed with the quality of the average lecture. There is low clarity of instruction, and they use an online Pearson grading system which is multiple choice "canned response" not leading to real learning. They take attandence and fail those who don't attend - even if lectures don't provide value. Some lecturers do not align their tests with what they teach - resulting in a horrible experience for hard working students who can't find success.

They need to modernize their system and get the tax receipts out to their paying customers much quicker. It's ridiculous that we must wait two full months to get Data that they should be able to release within the first week of January. This is the one blemish on an otherwise great school, and something that should be fixed.

In my opinion, BCIT is the best place to get some real education in BC. I study accounting here and it's not as easy as I thought it's going to be. First of all I really like the set system which I have the same classmates for all courses. Also, the instructors are very helpful and nice. Studying at BCIT is very hard but it is much better than other colleges because students will learn to be responsible, learn time management skills, expand their network, and prepare for a great career.

I spoke with staff via phone about application process before as she work as student admission assistant, the way she talked was so rude, very very opposite with helpful which person who is in this position should be, generating BCIT bad image for me so I decide to apply other school and I am very happy now.
