Cairo English School opened in 2006 with 130 students and now has over 1500 students from the ages of 3 to 17. The school is situated on a purpose built modern campus in the rapidly growing area of New Cairo. CES provides a high quality British based international education. The teaching staff work with the parent body to help students become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens.
CES is a member of Esol Education, a group of nine American and British schools spanning six countries and three continents. The school draws on the collective experience and professionalism of Esol schools to help it develop and grow in a well structured and planned way.
CES is a member of the British Schools of the Middle East (BMSE) and a full member of the Council of International Schools (CIS). The school is also authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (based in Geneva Switzerland) to deliver the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma. In addition, CES is British Schools Offshore (BSO) inspected and has received the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award.

The school is amazing. The management is well-organized, they send you a weekly activity and newsletters ( keep you up to date). They perform very professional. The whole teachers are foreigners except the Arabic and religious. Taking into consideration that they do care so much for the children of their behaviors and attitudes and safety. The apply the strong academic curriculum. At the beginning if the admission I've heard a lot of the variant parents' opinions but what I really get sure now this school is moving and evolving to the highest track in addition it is BSO inspected which rarely to find international schools get it.

This school is really awesome, everything is just fine. Teachers are good, students are good, and polite. But the only bad thing about this school is that this school is full of Egyptians, and they speak arabic all the time and this is very annoying. Sometimes yo think that you are in Egyptian school.

Cairo International School is an amazing academic facility. The teachers are engaged with students and go out of their way to make learning a fun and challenging experience. CIS promotes kindness to others and it really shows in how the children treat each other. We feel lucky to attend this great school and would definitely vote them as the best in Cairo.
