The highly experienced British staff and small class sizes ensure individual attention, excellence in teaching and enjoyment of learning. Our Primary students also benefit from specialist teachers in computing, music, second languages, drama, and physical education. We combine high standards with a rich and broad range of learning experiences based on the English National Curriculum. MBIS student outcomes are in line with the best performing British independent schools in the world.
MBIS is committed to ensuring that all of our students develop into well-rounded adults. They can only do so if we challenge them to achieve their very best. They are encouraged to challenge themselves and set high aspirational goals. They must be inquisitive. They must be resilient and never give up easily. We would like to see them being resourceful, reflective, responsible and respectful and we will endeavor to develop these characteristics to ensure that all of our students are well prepared to meet future challenges.
As an international school, we are privileged to welcome students from all over the world. Our friendly, multi-cultural school truly represents the spirit of internationalism with nearly 350 students aged 3 to 16 years from over 65 different countries. We are determined to ensure that they enjoy life at the school and become aware of other cultures and societies and develop an understanding of the interconnectedness of the globalised world in which they will live and thrive.

Thank you once again for doing your part to keep Edarabia the most trusted education source.
Absolutely great school for Expats. All kids are very happy there with big smile on the face all time, community is very prestigious and selective, excellent teachers. I am very pleased to join this school but a huge default that it ends in year 8 then we need to find somewhere else to go to which proven with several cases that it is quiet difficult, it is not following the Ministry of Education in Egypt so no Egyptians are allowed to join at all unless the kids carry another foreign passport. Shame that they are not considering continuing till year 13 or put a deal in place with another school like a partnership

We have had a wonderful experience with our son at Maadi British School. We are truly fortunate with the administration and the education our boy is getting. He is amongst a great peer group and the environment is challenging but still nurturing, We reviewed the campus, fees and curriculum at several schools in Cairo and couldn't be happier as part of this community.
