The Technical Training Manager’s main responsibility will be managing the training rigs in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Participate in the plan and program review for courses performed on the rigs/wells with technical training instructors.
  • Ensure school program can be executed with allocated Rig.
  • Identifies logistics, material and tools needed for the work.
  • Identifies all HSE potential issues related to activity.
  • Coordinate the movement and inspection schedule for Rig components.
  • Supervise the overall implementation of school technical scenarios through direct monitoring, advising, and instructing during the drilling operations.
  • Audit and Inspect equipment, tools, personnel, operations and performance of wells/rigs.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

Basic Qualification

  • Working knowledge of all Baker Hughes product lines, technologies, and services.

  • Proven leadership, supervision and people relationship building abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver training to all levels of employees.
  • Knowledge of company culture.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to relate to personnel at all levels in the organization.
