The Technical Training Manager’s main responsibility will be managing the training rigs in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Participate in the plan and program review for courses performed on the rigs/wells with technical training instructors.
- Ensure school program can be executed with allocated Rig.
- Identifies logistics, material and tools needed for the work.
- Identifies all HSE potential issues related to activity.
- Coordinate the movement and inspection schedule for Rig components.
- Supervise the overall implementation of school technical scenarios through direct monitoring, advising, and instructing during the drilling operations.
- Audit and Inspect equipment, tools, personnel, operations and performance of wells/rigs.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
Basic Qualification
- Working knowledge of all Baker Hughes product lines, technologies, and services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Proven leadership, supervision and people relationship building abilities.
- Ability to communicate and deliver training to all levels of employees.
- Knowledge of company culture.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to relate to personnel at all levels in the organization.
