We have many partnerships and programs with local high schools that will allow you to earn college credit while still in high school. Preparing for college can be a challenge not only for students but also for parents. We're here to answer the important questions for you.

Starting college can be stressful enough. We don’t want you to have to worry about how you’re going to pay for it. Yes, the FAFSA can be intimidating. But we can help with that, too. Most of our students receive some sort of financial aid and our staff will walk you and your family through the process every step of the way.

Our focus at RVC is on your success. We’ll show you how you can pay for your education with financial aid and scholarships and how your RVC credits will transfer. We’ll work with you to select a major that fits your interests. We’ll even introduce you to favorite student hangouts like the Bookstore, the Tutoring Center, and computer labs.

The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Grants supports planning and decision-making efforts of the Rock Valley College community by providing data and information for managing and maintaining the quality and effectiveness of programs, services, and initiatives. This office also provides data to inform external accreditation, as well as state and federally mandated data, serving as a primary source for information on institutional effectiveness at Rock Valley College.
