Having raised over $150 million for state-of-the-art academic and campus facilities, walking around campus is an inspirational place to be. University of Dubuque is a melting pot of students with many different world views and interests. Our student body population is comprised of 1,600 undergraduate students from 35 states and 20 countries.

We strive to make your education personal with an average class size of 16 students. The small class room atmosphere and one on one attention helps all students have a successful experience. Students have the flexibility to get involved in over 60 student lead organizations in addition to incredible fine & performing arts opportunities and NCAA athletics.

Many students also take advantage of local businesses and organizations for internships, part time jobs and careers after college, i.e.: Dubuque Regional Airport, America’s River Museum, IBM, John Deere Manufacturing, Prudential, Finley Hospital and Mercy Hospital. Being involved on campus and in the community helps students has a well-rounded college experience.
