The Carson Center for Global Education creates and provides programs that serve the mission of Tabor College at sites in the United States and abroad. These programs are characterized by the integration of faith and learning through experiential education.

Tabor’s strong academic tradition is constantly reflected through our graduates as they serve all over the world in positions of influence and high capacity. Athletics and arts enhance students’ education and create additional opportunities for them to engage in campus life. We are constantly innovating in academics, the arts, athletics, and on our campus as new facilities are built to fulfill the needs of students.

Paying for a Tabor College education is affordable, especially since 100 percent of our students receive financial aid. We work hard to make the Tabor educational experience affordable for you through various institutional grants and scholarships, state grants and scholarships, federal grants and loans, private loans and on-campus employment!

With over 30 student clubs and organizations to be a part of, we are certain you will find a way to fill your time with meaningful events, life changing experiences and, most importantly, memories. Perhaps you will find yourself leading worship during student-led activities or auditioning for the spring play. Ever covered your body in blue paint? We do it all the time! Cheering on our fellow classmates during sporting events is one of our favorite things to do.

The admissions and enrollment process for online degrees is designed to provide individual assistance for busy working adults who seek excellent education from an accredited, nonprofit, Christian college. Getting a college degree is an amazing opportunity. The dreams you can achieve and the places you can go with a college degree are endless. Tabor College has impacted the lives of thousands of people for over a century. Established in 1908 by those of the Mennonite Brethren and Krimmer Mennonite Brethren denominations, Tabor’s doors were first opened with 39 students and three instructors. Before the end of the school year, enrollment sky-rocketed to 104 students and faculty increased to seven.

From its beginning, Tabor College has offered a broad liberal arts curriculum with a strong Christian foundation. The first two school terms in 1908-1909 included natural sciences, mathematics, English language and literature, ancient languages, history, Bible and biblical history, business, vocal music and organ, German reading and grammar. Painting and drawing were added the following year.

As a college that is owned and operated by the Mennonite Brethren Church, Tabor accepts and seeks to follow the Confession of Faith of the General Conference of Mennonite Brethren, which was adopted in 1975 and its subsequent revisions. Mennonite Brethren doctrines are in agreement with those of most evangelical Christians.
