At Dallas Baptist University, the commitment to quality education shines through every lesson, and the staff's dedication has helped my son flourish academically beyond our expectations.

I transferred into Dallas Baptist University and absolutely loved it. I knew that I wanted to do Bible-based counseling in my career, and Dallas Baptist University was the perfect place to study. My professors cared about me as a person and WANTED me to succeed. No one was trying to weed me out. Some professors even gave out their cell numbers in case you had questions. Not only did I grow as a man there, I grew as a Christian there. I also met my wife and some of my closest friends there. If you take advantage of On-Campus living and spend time with other growing as a person and growing in your faith, then you'll get the most out of it.

Love this school! I have gone here for 3 years and love it! Love the people, the academics, the social life, the sports teams, love Dallas Baptist University, there is plenty to do on and off of campus. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The main topic among some of the students is the "social life". The sport teams at Dallas Baptist University are really on the rise and they seem to get better and better every year. The basketball team got invited to the D2 national tournament and competed very well in the 08-09 season. The team also has a student section called the blue crew, it is very fun gets the students together to support the team and have some fun. The baseball team is very good as well. They are D1 independent. In the 07-08 season they competed very well in regionals. They are a big deal around campus, but all of the players are level-headed and very humble. The students also get together and go to their games. These are two big things that the students can do to be very social.

Going to Dallas Baptist University was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Among other things, I learned to be a servant-leader. I appreciated exposure to Christian perspective alongside "book knowledge" in order to gain true wisdom. In today's society, this educational experience is a rare and treasured opportunity.
