A global company providing IT and BPO support is looking to hire a large no of Brazilian and portuguese socoal media executive. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support in many varieties on Airline’s customer service requests on social media platforms in Brazilian Portuguese Language
- Graduate in any discipline with good academic profile – Mandatory
- Certified in Brazilian Portuguese Language.High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken – Mandatory
- Excellent English Written skills
- Travel Industry knowledge/background – Desirable
1-2 years experience in customer service
- Excellent Writing skills
- High level in English communication – both written & spoken.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationship
