CERTIFIED Performance Management
Performance Management is much wider than simple performance appraisal. It refers to activities, tools, processes, and programmes that manage the performance of individual employees, teams, departments, and other organizational units.
Delegates will practice designing effective job descriptions using KPIs (key performance indicators) to clarify performance expectations. Preparation and delivery of Performance Appraisals will also be covered.
The course will develop degates' ability to conduct ongoing performance coaching and help them give clear and actionable feedback to continually improve performance. Poor performance will also be addressed using tools like Personal Development plans and Performance Improvement plans. Delegates will be shown how to conduct an LTD (Learning, Training and Development) needs analysis for the organsisation and how to manage wider learning programmes across departments.
By the end of the course delegates will have the knowledge and skills needed to bring out the best in people ensuring that organisational and individual goals are met in an effective and efficient manner.
