Leadership Skills for Emerging Leaders

A positive, celebratory programme rooted in culture and experience, Emerging Leaders is a programme to help engage your leadership potential and inspire your goals. The course addresses the power of diversity and gives delegates tools for progression and enhanced visibility. It is about community, authenticity and enhancing the skills you leverage and those you currently don’t.

We will create a safe space to discuss themes of race, culture, leadership and career development, acknowledging the different experiences that have shaped us. We start from the viewpoint that our diverse knowledge and lived experience are advantageous in the workplace. Next, we will focus on identifying and developing your leadership style, preparing for career progression, and co-coaching one another towards new goals and objectives.
