The school is a private, co*educational day school that offers a holistic learning programme for students of KG I to XII. Although the changing times have determined that some of our classes have moved online, (for the moment); the engagement and joy has not lessened. There is an explosion of students’ work, in mediums ranging from poetry, articles, dance, music and art; which speaks volumes of the prolific story of our school.
Wellbeing, at this time especially, is an important focus of our school. Trained counselors, 24 hours helplines, frequent communication, balanced timetables and, above all, an empathetic faculty, facilitate our school’s caring ambience.

The quality of academics at DPS speaks for itself with the stellar results it produces every year in the CBSE board exams but what really sets it apart from other schools is the emphasis it gives on bridging the classrooms and the outside world. There is no lack of opportunities it provides to do so through external examinations like the Science , Cyber and Math Olympiads and Inter-school Model United Nations competitions to name a few. Through these opportunities , students not only get to compare their testing and speaking abilities with peers from other schools and countries even, but also develop transferable skills that help with excelling in different components of college applications such as interviews and standardized examinations.

I graduated from DPS, Dubai in 2014. At this school, while there is a tremendous emphasis on academic excellence, there is even more emphasis on helping students with different levels of proficiency in a particular subject. For instance, there are free tutoring classes offered by the respective subject teachers for those students who perform poorly on homework assignments and exams. The teachers also voluntarily provide “enrichment” classes catered towards challenging and improving the subject knowledge of those students who perform extremely well in the respective exams and homework assignments.

Delhi Private School is outstanding. Mrs. Rashmi is a wonderful leader and also very approachable for students & parents. Our son is in this school since 2014 and I am really happy to be a part of DPS. Teachers are really really great. It is one of the hardest schools to get placement in but if you are lucky enough to get your child admitted, consider yourself lucky as the waiting list here is extensive! I do not have enough words but in short I think DPS is one of the best schools in Dubai!

DPS Dubai is the best school ever. The teacher's are amazing and the teaching style is quite good. There are some negative reviews about this school. They are not true. The staff and the teachers are very understanding. And yes, we have strict rules for the wrong doers, making our school a safe place for all of us. Also, they do have an underground parking for the parents or the buses move out to make the space. Im proud to be the part of this school- A Dpsite. Im currently in 12th batch, 2015-2016.

Delhi Private School, Dubai has a wonderful way of making kids feel welcome, safe, and inspired to learn. My children came from a different school, and they made the transition within two weeks! The Principal, teachers, and staff all seem to truly love their work. We love this school!
