Job Summary
- Prepare and follow up with CIPD registered students
- Work as an academic adviser for the students from the point of registration till graduation
- Develop and update the training plan for the assigned students as required
- Conduct required assessments on the student/Trainers and provide advise as required
- Provide a detailed report on the status, development areas for each student
- Work as the central point student’s project manger within Police
- Provide detailed reports on statuses, puffers, obstacles and suggestions to improve
- Provide continual support, advise and suggestions to enhance the project.
