Queen International School. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our new website, on which I hope you will find all of the information you need about our school, whether a pupil, parent or visitor.

Queen International School has been established in Dubai since 1998, and is well-known for its traditional values and its extremely high expectations, high standards and consequently high achievements. It is a place where not only are we concerned with your child’s Academic progress but with the whole-child, ensuring that by the time they leave us, they not only achieve the qualifications they require, but also the life-skills to be successful in today’s world. This means that our work revolves completely around each individual child, so that they can achieve their potential, academically, socially and emotionally.

As a new pupil to our school, your child will be warmly welcomed into the QIS family and our dedicated staff work hard to ensure that our pupils feel supported and encouraged at every stage of their educational pathway.

As Principal of Queen International School I am very excited to have a guiding hand in this, and I am very proud to work with a ‘family’ of staff, pupils and parents who are committed and caring, and all of whom share the same belief that everything we do is making a positive difference to the lives of the young people in our academic, local, and international communities.

In KG1, our education programme starts and is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). In both the Primary and Secondary phases, we are aligned with the National Curriculum for England. From Grades 9–12, our students are prepared for the University of Cambridge, IGCSE, AS and A-Level. These lay a robust foundation for further study at internationally renowned universities globally and for entry into high-quality employment.
