Pre-school education is essential for your toddler because it is the building block of your child’s elementary education. It helps in laying down a healthy foundation for the all-round development of your child. It is necessary to provide your child with good pre-primary education for him to be prepared for future education. Here are some reasons why your little one should be provided with good nursery education.

  • Pre School and Kindergarten methods lay a solid foundation for children and help them to grasp knowledge easily in the later stages of schooling life.
  • By the age of three, the Child starts showing signs of independence. Pre-primary education provides a culturally sound environment for the children and instills the right values to help them grow both mentally and physically.
  • Pre School helps the toddlers for formal schools and life, making them confident and curious learners through their interesting pre-schools programs.
  • Kids play different games and indulge in varied activities that make them cheerful and happy. Rhymes, storytelling sessions and movement activities help them to learn basic skills. Nursery school through pleasurable childhood activities and games guide kids to learn simple skills of reading, writing and numbers that will be beneficial for tiny tots to cope with the pre primary level of learning.
  • Our Nursery school gives a very colorful and engaging learning atmosphere for kids with theme-based classrooms and different activity areas.
  • Preschool education can help foster creative thinking, but it is important as a parent to enrole there Children in Pre-School. At home the indelegchual growth is limited and this might affect the Personality molding of our Child.

At Golden Bell Nursery, we strongly believe in our ‘Parents as Partners’ policy and want to work closely with you to ensure the best possible education for your child.

This page offers an introduction to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS) and how it is implemented at Miss Daisy’s Nursery School. Please ask us for a copy of our printed Guide too.

This page outlines the different areas of learning in the Foundation Stage Curriculum as well as suggesting some ideas for you to help your child at home. We will provide information about how we develop your child’s speaking and listening skills and build the foundations for reading and writing using Jolly Phonics.

We will cover important aspects of mathematical understanding and the foundations of numeracy using Numicon.

Play is very important for children. Through play babies and young children explore and learn to understand the world around them as they come to communicate, discover, imagine and create.

When children play they are showing what they have learned and what they are trying to understand. This is why play is one of the foundations of the Early Years Learning Framework. Most preschools offer play based learning. A play-based program does not mean that children just do what they like all day. In a play-based program there will be times when children come together as a group, listen when others are talking, follow the rules of group living and begin to take responsibility for their actions and their environment.

Children are offered choices that reflect their developmental stage. The choices are determined by the educators and are provided within limits of safety and within the group setting. The educators at preschool continually evaluate children’s play to discover what it is children are learning and to then help shape and extend this learning.

Preschools help children to become socially and developmentally prepared to transition to school. Preschools also work with children at levels that are appropriate to their age, and enable children to develop and learn, gaining social competency and skills!
