Job Summary
- Posting of General Accounting Entries including Debit Notes & Credit Notes
- Preparing payments for the suppliers, employees & students.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Reconciliation of various accounts including Debtors/Creditors/Related Party.
- Assisting in Payroll Processing.
- Assisting the Finance Manager for the Budgets & MIS.
- Assisting in Audit preparation and queries.
- Records Management of Vouchers, Bills etc.
- Assisting in preparations of prepayments and accruals.
- Other general accounting duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Masters degree in Accounting/MBA.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience, Educational Environment experience is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge on Accounting concepts, Financial Statements, Provisions etc.
- Knowledge of ERP solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS office and other windows Applications.
