Ozel Çağ Lisesi was established on 83750 square meters land in 1986 by A. Yaşar BAYBOĞAN. First Year it began teaching with 144 students in English Preparatory Classes. Second Year it continued education taking 103 students for grade one and five in Primary School. With the idea of having our own graduates transfer to middle classes was not accepted. Institution was built as a school and it includes all the technical features of quality life. High School building and two-storey dining hall were built in 1989.

The vision of Çağ College is to maintain and strengthen its place among the esteemed institutions as a model school that is respectful of human rights, secular, Kemalist and contemporary that contributes to the Turkish national education as well as the international platform.

The mission of Çağ College in each grade is to educate global individuals who;

  • Preserve and defend Atatürk’s principles and revolutions,
  • Always stand up to difficulties,
  • Have strong national,ethical, domestic and humanistic values,
  • Dedicate their talents and the use of education to the benefit of their country and the humanity and are environmentally-friendly,
  • Embrace the principles of “The Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and “The Child Protection Policies and Procedures” democracy as a life style into the society and leave positive impressions in the community as well as the history,
  • Are good health literate, cumulative in basic health knowledge and transfer this knowledge from generation to generation, directing decisions and behaviours about themselves and society,
  • Have the ability to get education and access information in the digital media as well as use their knowledge and skills in the necessary and proper fields.

Objectives are

  • To educate our students as individuals who;
  • Are committed to Atatürk’s reforms and principles,
  • Believe in the ways of secularism and democratic thinking,
  • Respect the history, natural environment and virtues of our country,
  • Have an awareness of global brotherhood and political, socio-economic changes in the world,
  • Are sensitive to environmental problems and care about the protection of nature,
  • Have strong family bonds and are bound to the nation,
  • Are eager to know and improve themselves by embracing the opportunities they are given,
  • Have the philosophy of learning as a lifelong process,
  • Think about their experiences with a questioning attitude and finding solutions to problems, making positive changes and realising these solutions,
  • Aare interested in the fields of art and science and are willing to improve themselves,
  • Have moral understanding of justice, compassion, honesty and hardwork,
  • Know their responsibilities and take the initiative to fulfill them
  • Can make good decisions quickly, are optimistic, good at team work and can contribute effectively,
  • Have clear objectives and can find the right methods to achieve them,
  • Are democratic in social life, respectful to laws and ready to take part in civil society institutions,
  • Understand that a healthy life comes from valuing and protecting natural resources and humanity and not being wasteful,
  • Appreciate the beauty of nature and everything good on earth for mankind,
  • Believe in “the power of the individual” to change humanity and know that each of us must feel responsible for everything
