Job Summary
Case Managers, manage a specified caseload of clients. Additionally, they delivers programming based on Applied Behavioral Analysis best practices and records accurate data of treatment gains of clients. Additionally, they manage a specified caseload of clients. The Case Manage reports directly to Clinical Director. Case Managers are held responsible for the following duties:
- The Employee will develop program schedules to meet the objectives of student IEPs, including staff schedules making adjustments.
- The Employee will document and maintain organized records of client programs including, individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, lead case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
- The Employee will assist the therapy staff with the implementation of 1:1 intervention programs.
- The Employee will run regular team meetings and provide feedback to the therapy team.
- Participate in the training of clients’ guardians and family on intervention techniques.
- Will provide no less than 10 hour of direct contact with the students per week week.
- Will train new staff, including modeling appropriate on-shift behavior.
- Will write annual staff evaluations for those under his/her supervision.
Required Skills
Applicants must have the following:
- Master degree in Education, Special education or Psychology.
- At Least three years experience using the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Enrolled in BCBA certification program.
- Supervising experience.
- Strong communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
