OFS provides a modern education in the English language for Overseas Families living in Singapore. OFS has students from over 70 countries with new school capacity at all levels. Our curriculum is the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) Pre-K1 (2 years old) to K2, International Primary Curriculum (IPC) Grades 1 to 5 and International Baccalaureate (IB) Grades 6 to 12.

OFS has students from over 70 countries with new school capacity at all levels. Our faculty is a professional team of highly qualified and experienced teachers from about 40 countries. Students, from Pre-K2 to Grade 8, may choose to study their own Mother Tongue four hours per week within the school timetable.

OFS students study Foreign Languages chosen from English, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin or Spanish. OFS students make friendships and develop global attitudes in a school with no dominant nationality, and no national identity or bias.

Effectively and confidently communicate their ideas through oral, written and electronic means.
Learn to care for themselves physically, mentally and emotionally through understanding of health, social and cultural issues, seeing self-discipline and self-respect as guidelines for their behaviour.
Extend self-respect to other individuals, communities and cultures, through awareness, caring, and service, seeing themselves as a part of a worldwide family and overcoming any biased attitudes towards other cultures.

OFS Faculty will:

Focus on the individual needs of every student and provide a supportive atmosphere designed to inspire all students to reach their potential level of achievement achieving their personal academic goals.
Implement teaching policies and methods which give students positive attitudes to learning, cultivating flexible approaches to problem solving which will help students to develop original thinking skills.
Through a broad range of stimulus material, both subject specific and interdisciplinary, promote students' enquiry into, and understanding of, issues of local and global significance.
Promote self-expression in all students, bridging cultural differences and ensuring that all expand their presentation skills, as a pathway to self-confidence.
Work in open partnership with parents to prepare students for the changing world they will experience through their formative years, promoting happiness, self-discipline and self-respect as guidelines for student behaviour and decision-making. In this partnership, we see the parent as the senior partner.
Maintain a "worldwide family" approach at school, valuing diversity and promoting multiple perspectives, countering any biased attitudes towards other cultures and ensuring that students of all nationalities are fully empowered.

OFS is a home away from home for our kids. It is the most wonderful school with compassionate, patient and kind staff - from admin to teachers. All I have for the school is gratitude and praise. They offer a thorough curriculum and extensive enrichment programme for after school activities, truly affording our children the best possible education. I cannot recommend this school enough.

I have 4 children enrolled in OFS, two in Elementary and two in High-school. We are new to Singapore and ever since we took the tour of the school I could see my children thriving there. The facilities are amazing and the fact that it offers so many activities without any extra cost is a big plus, like the mother tongue program and studing a foreign language on top of that. Everybody is so kind and welcoming since the very beginning. I have yet to meet a parent that doesn't brag about how happy they are and how it feels like a big family. I love the fact that it has an open door policy and also I have noticed that most of the faculty and management members have been there for sooooo many years. That means they are happy working there, therefore, my children will have not only greatly qualified teachers but also, ones that are motivated to work every day. Now that school has started, my children have already made so many friends. Thanks to this school, my children will always have a positive experience about our relocation. It was been the best decision we made so far! Best money ever invested (not spent). Highly recommend taking a tour because no words can describe what you can see. It is even better in person than online.

The school canteen has very nice food, including sandwiches, pizza etc. I enjoy my hot lunches there every day. My brother also enjoys the breakfast.

This school is the BEST school in Singapore, handsup. My six french citizen children in Elementary, Middle and High School can all say that they are learning a lot. I've had no problems with this school whatsoever which is remarkable as my standards are very high, being a french citizen and all. The facilities and faculty members are AMAZING. Pasir Ris is the ideal location for a school as the travel time is perfect and the ocean view is loved by all my seven children. Hence, it is the BEST school in SINGAPORE. Also, my nine kids also throughly enjoy the gourmet food at the canteen. The high speed fans make for quite an experience. It reminds us of cozy winters back home in France. It is the best school. My only child even ran for President in 1998. Sadly didn't win, but it made sense given his whole speech was him staring at the audience. BEST SCHOOL EVER. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BRAVO :)))))))))

The school is going rapidly downhill since moving from the city centre. Facilities may be newer but that it is about the only thing which is better. I have students in both Middle and High School and the best teachers seem to be leaving from both. It makes me wonder why. From speaking to teachers, it seems that they are not valued. A LOT of teachers were sacked in 2017 and more seem to be leaving all the time. My children are no longer able to take part in competitive sport. I really don't know what's going on but things are definitely getting worse. Students numbers are going down all the time, which says a lot. My kids have enjoyed their time there but I would no longer choose to start my kids at the school. I hope things change but the signs aren't good.

Overall this school is the best in Singapore. My 5 years over here have been very useful. After year by year my studies improve in this school till I had to leave and I am doing very well in my new school. The facilities over here are excellent. Definitely recommend!.

My granddaughter is studying in OFS. The infrastructure is quite good. The school also has lots of extra-curricular activities. Children are happy with the school. Last but not the least, the school must focus more on the quality of faculties. While addressing this sensitive issue, I don’t want to mean that the entire faculty is bad. In fact, most of them are good but in some of the faculty members not upto the standard of OFS. Nice to see that OFS is growing from strength to strength.

I study in grade 8 in Overseas Family School. I have to say that the IB curriculum and the MYP is planned out thoroughly and will provide good education to your child and his journey through education. When I first came to the school, I was shocked with the fact that you can use computers to design in school, and I felt left out, as most people were able to access computers and it's applications with no difficulty. But, the teachers have aided and supported me a lot, and I am very comfortable with this school. I highly recommend this school with exceptional campus facilities to Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle School students. However, I do not know much about the IB diploma curriculum offered in high school, so look out for curriculum talks for the higher grades.

I like the school's environment. It's a pretty friendly place and the facilities are quite satisfactory. I do wish that they could improve the school's canteen food however as it tastes pretty bad and I hope that they can improve on that. I am a student at this school so I know what I'm talking about.
