Job Summary

This is an incentive-based position that recognises and rewards highly motivated, successful sales professionals in the field of hospitality. The role requires calling on prospective customers, sourcing new business as well as responding to new enquiries and servicing clients’ key requirements. The incumbent will work alongside a team of experienced Commercial Sales and Leasing professionals to support their property portfolio and develop new business.

A comprehensive training and development programme will be offered to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Provides transaction-related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, negotiate terms, etc..) for the leasing of office space across Dubai.
  • Review and negotiate leases, renewals, expansions and terminations.
  • Preparing and updating reports and related materials (activity reports, stacking plans, lease abstracts, building specificationss, etc..) for owners.
  • Participate in brokerage team meetings, attend weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on leasing activity and market information, and to contribute to and benefit from others’ market knowledge.
  • Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, topic specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.
  • Network and build relationships in the area.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a successful sales position, ideally in the field of hospitality, events/exhibition, high-value product sales or commercial real estate.
  • Organised with an ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills. Well-spoken and possess effective business-writing skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to conduct client-level business conversations, being the face of Core Savills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and willing to learn.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Must be living and working in Dubai.
