Job Summary
- Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Requirements
- Open to any nationality
- Male or Female, below 45 years old
- Degree holder in Culinary or any relevant training
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine
- Expert in making POKE DISHES
- Strong experience in managing a kitchen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Can start immediately (1 month max)
