Job Summary

  • Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
  • Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

Requirements

  • Open to any nationality
  • Male or Female, below 45 years old
  • Degree holder in Culinary or any relevant training
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine
  • Expert in making POKE DISHES
  • Strong experience in managing a kitchen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Can start immediately (1 month max)
  • Work location: Dubai, UAE
