Tunku Putra-HELP School (TPH) has a rich history that dates back to 1996 when it was first established as Tunku Putra School by Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (CMS), becoming the first international school in Sarawak.

In March 2018,  a collaboration between CMS, HELP Education Group, and Ibraco Berhad resulted in the re-establishment of the school as it stands today.

The purpose-built campus in the Northbank, Tabuan Jaya, capable of accommodating up to 1,500 students, was built to provide an enriched learning environment that nurtures young minds. Currently, the school proudly welcomes students and staff from over 20 different nationalities reflecting its diverse and inclusive community.
