Covenant Christian School

Covenant Christian School is a Prep to Year 12, co-educational, non-denominational Christian school with a reformed evangelical basis. Covenant was started in 1978 by dedicated Christian parents. They wanted a school which would assist parents to bring up their children in the training and instruction of the Lord Jesus Christ

Our school has grown to over 900 students yet the vision and passion remain the same. Our mission at Covenant is to assist parents in the nurture of their children. Our fees reflect this mission as we seek to partner with families in providing quality Christian education. With this in mind, we are committed to keeping fees as affordable as possible.

At Covenant, emotional and spiritual support is a key focus as we extend God’s loving kindness to our students, and to each other. Pastoral care is at the heart of everything we do at Covenant. It impacts every part of our school including the structure, teaching styles and learning environments, effectively meeting the personal, social, spiritual and academic needs of our students. To ensure a strong culture of pastoral care, our passionate teachers are equipped and encouraged to reflect Christ’s love in their interactions with each student.

The motto of Covenant Christian School is 'All Knowledge through Christ'. We believe that Christian education requires a Christian point of view for the whole curriculum.

A child’s school will shape them. Children will be formed by influences that aren't always clear from the outside; the values of teachers, how they explain the world and who it belongs to. How children will be taught about who they are, and their purpose. And the place of God and His word in informing us of these things.

Our school works in partnership with parents, discipling and nurturing their children, encouraging them to grow in their knowledge, character and love for God. Covenant Christian School aims to support those students who are gifted and those who need learning support, according to their individual needs.
