From humble beginnings in 1982, St Philip's Christian College now spans across six schools catering to over 3800 students from Pre Kindergarten to Year 12 offering individualised learning frameworks, innovative and engaging learning environments and opportunities for students to excel in the whole of their life. St Philip's Christian College offers excellence in education while keeping the truth of the Christian Gospel at its core.

St Philip's Christian College Cessnock exists to grow and develop young people into innovative, confident learners and responsible, respectful and compassionate world citizens.  As a College we seek to build a partnership between students, parents and our wider community.  We want our school and the students to feed into the community and the nation. Our Pastoral Care Program provides children and young people with a nurturing environment in which to clarify their goals, gifts and beliefs and our teaching and extra curricular programs offer them the chance to pursue their passions.
