Facility Admin Quality Assurance & Support Professional

Job Summary

• Assist the implementation of quality standard and procedure to all buildings under construction or operation.
• Attend scheduled site visits to the building under construction / operation to ensure the adherence to quality standards implemented  and report the noncompliance
• Report gap analysis and noncompliance record (NCR) with root cause analysis to all project cycles with recommendation for corrective measures.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved corrective measures for non-complied cases
• Maintain the documentation of the quality assurance for mobily buildings.Provide input for the Project’s Quality performance Report – Status & relevant issues & Dash Boards for F&A- BID Management information.
• Provide inputs for QA observation (major & minor) for rectification in accordance of engineering standards to avoid risks in operational facilities.

Education

Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
