Job Summary
Jobs at this level are responsible for supporting in maintaining and expanding relationships with prospect and existing clients, executing short term plans to engage new industries, support in the identification of short and long term business opportunities, and engaging medium margin ventures, collecting, analyzing, and reporting market demand through awareness building and consultative sales. Also, they are responsible for maintenance and tracking of client pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides the needed support in documenting and initiating business relationships with BD experts in public and private sector within the Kingdom
- Assists management in identifying and analyzing information on mega prospect large scale projects and reports findings to management on smart cities and ICT/ Digitization market opportunities and leads
- Initiates and manages consultative sales activities for medium to low return clients, within a selected domain of expertise within a given industry and maintains rapport with current partnerships
- Collects supporting resources to assist sales in bids participation based on client expectations and aspirations.
- Makes available the initial studies for market openings and leads, including smart cities.
- Supports other departments during the business case development and facilitates the arrival to deal closures. Conducts market research and reports market insights on emerging industry trends to Solutions to develop new ICT/ Digitization concepts and value propositions based on expertise in relevant verticals
- Provides input to “Business Development & Innovation” in due diligence exercises by providing the necessary support to build and finalize business cases
- Provides insight on relevant expertise to STC on a given domain of ICT innovation
Qualifications/Certification
Master / Bachelor / Diploma in Marketing, Telecom, Engineering, IT Engineering, or Business Administration.
Years of Experience
- Master or Bachelor degree in IT, CS, MIS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in related field .
- Experience in Market research and analysis.
- Experience in ICT solutions or innovation.

- Sound business acumen.

- Sound knowledge in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
