Job Summary

• Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
• Monitor and highlight deviations against set targets and plans. Ensure appropriate business performance measures in strategic areas.
• Analyse the data accurately in a timely manner to reflect the current business situation and deviations; analyse results and variances; identify trends to support business decisions from financial performance perspective.
• Build financial database by identifying sources of information; assemble, verify, and back up the data for structured modelling of financial data.
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; prepare reports; make presentations of findings, financial and business data analyses, and recommendations to overcome the revenue deterrents and attain the required efficiency and target.
• Actively review, analyze and manage the key controls within the wholesales domain to ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
• Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Assist with preparation of and understanding of periodic audit schedules and deferred revenue reports to support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Perform monthly account analyses and reconciliations, including validating deferred revenue, accounts receivable and revenue financial statement balances.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
• Continuously develop and maintain systems, instructions, models and templates for management reporting and planning.
• Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.
