Ensures that all paperwork is carefully prepared for submission by the Contract Training Admin Assistant
Keeps ERP-OLM updated in terms of course/class details and enrolments/attendees.
In-house training
- Manages the delivery of learning events (technical &/or senior level) as per stakeholder and ISO 10015 requirements.
- Sends training plans, schedules, invitations and any other communication and liaises with the TNA/PTE consultant to ensure timely feedback to the concerned manager.
- Liaises with the Training Admin Assistant (contract) to ensure that all training logistics are requested and delivered in a timely manner.
External training
- Receives, confirms and clarifies LNI’s from ERP-OLM to ensure ISO 10015 compliance.
- Initiates and delivers learning intervention as per approved policy and procedures.
- Liaises with the TNA/PTE consultant to ensure timely feed-back to the concerned manager.
- Further Studies
Receives, clarifies and confirms requests from employees that wish to pursue further studies.
- Provides advice in terms of approved institutions and types of study.
Processes the request as per the approved policy and procedure.
- Prepares all documentation and liaises with other HR departments to ensure smooth mobilisation of the employee.
- Keeps track of the employee through regular progress reports obtained from the institution.
Quality Management, Internal Auditing and Business Process Improvement (BPI)
- Manages and oversees the maintenance of ISO 10015 certification
- Looks for opportunities to improve performance in own scope of work and the division through customer satisfaction surveys and feedback
- Actively engages in team meetings to improve processes
- Special projects as determined by the Talent Sourcing & Development Director
- Will carry out any other responsibility specifically entrusted by T&D Manager
