Risk Management Specialist Professional

Job Summary

1. Facilitate the planning and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management process and framework.
2. Conduct risk reviews and facilitate the identification of risks at Enterprise level in co-ordination with risk champions, risk owners and risk treatment action plan owners.
3. Conduct risk reviews and facilitate the identification of departmental risks for GSM network, Data Network, Transmission, Information Technology, Consumer, Business, FTTH, Wholesale departments, in coordination with risk champions, risk owners and departmental stakeholders.
4. Participate in regular updates of risk profiles through periodic (quarterly) risk assessment.
5. Provide support in the execution and maintenance of the risk management programs.
6. Be involved in the implementation of risk management strategy including risk identification, analysis, response planning, monitoring and controlling.
7. Conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.
8. Establish and quantify the organization’s ‘risk appetite and tollerance level company-wide.
9. Manage the process for elevating control risks at appropriate levels.
10. Develop risk prevention plans, mitigation plans, emergency plans and ensuring consistency of risk mitigation analysis and contingency plans across all key departments in GSM Network, Data Network, Trasnmission Network, IT, Consumer, Business, FTTH, and Wholesale.
11. Co-ordinates with the various departments on implementation of agreed risk mitigation plans and provides assistance and advice as may be necessary.
12. Draft consolidated and individual risk reports for presentation at various levels across the organization.
13. Provide support in the preparation of Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) and Executive Risk Management
14. Committee (ERMC) reports including adhoc risk assessment reports.
15. Highlight to management increasing trends of risks and any concerns/red flags.
16. Ensure to track and monitor end-to end risk management processes.
17. Prepare materials and participate in communication or training exercises to promote risk awareness across the organization.
18. Ensure the integrity of information prepared and used, and highlight issues for correction.
