Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

• Managing relationships with Hiring Managers as an internal service provider.
• Managing a full talent acquisition portfolio.
• Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
• Sourcing CV’s and presenting pre-qualified short-lists to Hiring Managers with minimum KPI direct sourcing rate.
• Pre-closing candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity boundaries with minimum KPI offer acceptance rate.
• Arranging interviews – International face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
• Introducing successful candidates to HR/mobilisation.
• Database Management – ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Marketing KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.

• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 2 years career experience, partnered with a Bachelor level qualification .

We welcome interest from either agency or internal talent professionals and engineering and / or construction experience within the KSA market will be highly regarded.
